For many residential homes, the entire roof replacement is usually completed in just one day. However, various factors such as weather and project complexities can extend this timeline. We work quickly and efficiently without cutting corners, so you can get back to normal life fast!

It often can! Insurance typically covers damage caused by “acts of nature,” like hail or high winds. We’ll perform a thorough, no-obligation inspection to determine if you have qualifying damage and explain your options clearly.

We act as your expert guide by providing the technical evidence your insurance company needs. Our process involves two specialized team members: your highly-trained Sales Representative and your dedicated Customer Success Representative.

Your Rep performs the initial 360º Digital Analysis, capturing high-resolution photo and video documentation of all damage. They will also be present during the adjuster meeting to walk the roof with the insurance company to help ensure that no damage is overlooked in the initial assessment.

Once your claim is submitted or approved, your Customer Success Representative steps in to help you navigate the paperwork and project timelines as you work directly with your insurance.

Together, we ensure you have a professional advocate on the roof and a dedicated coordinator in the office so your restoration moves forward smoothly.

We offer a wide range of options, but for residential homes architectural (or dimensional) asphalt shingles are the most popular choice for their outstanding durability, value, and curb appeal. We’ll show you samples and discuss the best material to meet your budget and style.

For commercial buildings, we offer a wide range of durable options based on the building’s purpose and roof type.

A roofing project is a major construction event, and while it can be messy, our goal is to leave your property as clean as we found it. We use large tarps to protect your landscaping and perform a thorough cleanup of the entire perimeter. Before we leave, we make multiple passes with powerful magnetic sweeps to collect stray nails.

However, because this is a heavy-duty worksite, you may see minor evidence of our crew, such as footprints in the grass or a minor stray debris. While we strive for 100% collection, we always recommend a quick “once-over” near downspouts after the first rain, as a few hidden nails can occasionally wash down from the gutters.

We offer a standard 10-year labor warranty (most roofing companies only offer a two year workmanship warranty). You can also take advantage of a Lifetime Warranty covering materials and labor for 50 years, backed by Owens Corning. We’ll give you all the details in writing, offering you total peace of mind for years to come.
